'Sweet Music Man' is in my opinion a Kenny Rogers standard song. Kenny has written that song to make clear that he can't stay young forever. So he cut his hair, pulled out his earing and ended that Hippie image. 'Sweet Music Man' was first released on 'Daytime Friends' in 1977 but you also can find that song on several Best Of Collections from Kenny Rogers.
