Marilyn Manson - Personal Jesus Lyrics

Send Personal Jesus Ringtone to your Cell

Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Feeling unknown and you're all alone
Flesh and bone by telephone
Lift up the receiver, I'll make you a believer

Take second best, put me to the test
Things on your chest that we need to confess
I will deliver you know, I'm a forgiver

Reach out and touch faith
Reach out and touch faith

Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there

Reach out and touch faith

Feeling unknown and you're all alone
Flesh and bone by telephone
Lift up the receiver, I'll make you a believer

I will deliver, you know, I'm a forgiver

Reach out and touch faith
Your own personal Jesus

Reach out and touch faith
Reach out and touch faith
Reach out and touch faith

Marilyn Manson is a true genius. His lyrics contain wisdom, realism and ratio. People have to learn to see through his stage act and face reality. In real life Brian H. Warner is an intelligent, sincere mature man, way different than his stage performances: always remember he is an artist, not a lunatic! And he has something to say too, things worhwhile to acknowledge, for people often need to be shocked now and then to wake up and see our society as it really is, so to all: stop self-deceit! Even his covers like this one are better than the originals (in this case: Depeche Mode). Most covers made by others are just raping the original, but Manson always succeeds in attuning them! So to me he's a hero.
