I love this song. I have sung it as a solo many times.
It has such a beautiful melody and the words are
so supremely meaningful. I have been through many storms
in my life, as I'm sure we all have been. And, even
when we think they are raging all around, our shepherd
allows us to rest in His arms. He does shelter us in His
arms and gently shows us the way.

I sung this song 25 years ago...and now I try to find out tje lyrics coz I've forgotten...but finaly I just find it out.

I remember singing this song in our church way way back.Sandy Patti is one of my favorite artist while I was growing up. I've sung most of her songs in church it's a beautiful song, it has a powerful message. I plan to sing it again in our church I'm so glad that I was able to find the lyrics again through the net.

I love this song I sing it when I need to encourage myself, when it seems like I have lost my way, I know that I can trust the Shepherd of My Heart to do just what he said he would. Sheep wonder out of the way and need the Shepherd to find them and take care of them. Thank God for the Good Shepherd of the sheep (Jesus Christ) my Lord and my Savior, the God of my salvation who has given his life fore his sheep. Thank You Jesus! Thank You Heavenly Father! Thank You Holy Spirit!

This Song is so precious to me, I have sung it many times and the words just touch the heart of those who listen. I love Sandi Patti'e songs and sing a number of them at various Ladies meetings. The most poigniant memory I have singing this song was at my friends funeral back last year Sept 09, she chose this song, as she said it sumed up her walk with Jesus. Thank you Jesus that you are the Shepherd of my Heart. I love you so much.

i really like this song,Shepherd of my Heart...when i heard this song for the first time,it really touched my heart.It always reminds me that behind of all the trials in my life,He's always there for me esp.2 my ups and down.Thank u so much loving Father for dying in the cross 4 the penalty of our sins..teach us always to love heavenly things b'coz all things in this world will soon pass away! continue to guide us wyl we are waiting for ur soon 2nd coming..prepare our hearts dear Lord!
