Sonata Arctica Albums

The band was founded by Marko Paasikoski, Jani Liimatainen and Tommy Portimo Kemi at the end of 1995 (Tony Kakko and Pentti Peura joined in early 1996).

Sonata Arctica released the following albums including Takatalvi' (2010), Days of Grays (2009), Silence (2008), Ecliptica (2008), Unia (2007), Collection (2007), Collection 1996-2006 (2007), Songs Of Silence: Live In Tokyo (2006), For the Sake of Revenge (2006), Reckoning Night (2004), Don't Say a Word (2004), Winterheart's Guild (2003), Orientation (2001) and Successor (2000).
