Adelmo Fornaciari , more commonly known by his stage name Zucchero Fornaciari, is an Italian rock singer. His music is largely inspired by gospel, blues and rock music, and alternates between ballads and more rhythmic boogie-like pieces.

Zucchero released the following albums including Zucchero & Co. (2005), Zu & Co (Italian Version) (2004), Shake (2002) and Overdose d'Amore (The Ballads) (1999).
